Moscato d'Asti D.O.P.
First of all, I would like to introduce you to moscato d'Asti before talking about Saracco Moscato. Moscato d'Asti is one of the few so-called aromatic wines, because the aromas and perfumes that the grapes have are similar to those we find in the wine.
Pinot Nero D.O.P.
We started cultivating pinot nero in the late ‘90s for two main reasons. The first is my passion for pinot nero as a variety and as a wine. The second is my never-ending research to adapt the vines that I grow to the features which specific parts of our land present: for the Pinot Nero I used parts of our land located at altitudes where the temperature range is particularly well-suited to this variety.
The Pinot grape is very delicate, requiring special care and attention.
