For us, Saracco, wine is a metaphor for life. Nature, with its soils, sun, heat, water offers us here in Castiglione Tinella a unique opportunity: Moscato. Think of how lucky we are, a few hills away and we would not have had this opportunity. Yes, we know, in those hills there are other opportunities, but we have Moscato and we grew up in symbiosis with it.

In a metaphore for life which repeats itself every year, we give birth to Moscato and through Moscato every year we live the expectations, fatigue, hope, pains and pleasure that life offers to all of us.

That is why we feel more blessed than skilled, more cultivators than technicians, more "of the land" than "of the market". It must be clear, we are proud that so many people from all over the world tell us our wines are excellent. However, our pride stems from the fact that we were born among these hills, hills that every evening fall asleep when the sun hides behind the Alps. Our pride stems from being the link between the land that we walk on and the wine that this same land gives us.
Perhaps this is not a philosophy, it is who we are, it is what this land offers to us.
